Who qualifies for no upfront organization cost?

Qualifying programs have no required upfront club cost. Eligibility depends on athlete count, participation and scheduling; smaller programs are reviewed individually. We confirm your program plan before reserving a date.

 

How family ordering works

Families view their photos in online galleries and choose what to purchase: prints, digital images and keepsakes. Purchases are optional. We coordinate registration, preparation and gallery access with your organization.

 

Give back to your program

Qualifying organizations can receive a 10% giveback. We confirm eligibility and the applicable sales basis in your written program agreement.

Send your organization, sport or activity, participant count, location and preferred dates. We’ll discuss scheduling, the photo setup and how families will order. Team-funded digital media and video content are available through a separate Full Media Day or video proposal.
